  1. For 12 meals per week, we deliver 6 meals on Monday AND Thursday 
    2. 
					
  2. For 6 meals per week plan, please select 6 meals delivery on Monday OR Thursday delivery

  3. Select either day or night slot to receive the meals, please have someone available to receive the meals 
    4. 
					
  4. We use the cook chilled method to cook, chill and sealed the meals so our meals will last 7-10 days in the chiller
    5. 
					
  5. Our meals are delivered chilled (Not frozen) with ice gel pack  
    6. 
					
  6. Store the meals in the chiller (not freezer)  within 2 hours of delivery
    7. 
					
  7. Simply reheat to enjoy.
